My
first session with a client lasts 90 minutes. Most of the first hour involves us talking to one
another about what is going on in your life, regarding whatever issue(s) you would most like to work on.
While we talk, I “watch” and ‘listen” with other than normal senses
to uncover a deep understanding of exactly what is going on for
you. I “see” symbols and imagery, I “hear” stories and patterns,
and I “feel” flows and movements of energy. Whether in person or
over the phone, the process is the same – I do not need to by
physically present to “see” you clearly. As we talk, I am learning
your language, so as to provide guidance and understanding in your
words, so that you can receive the impressions I give you most
beneficially.
Sometimes I “see” directly into the body, and uncover the source of
physical discomfort or disease. I am not a medical intuitive
however, for I do not look at cellular or organ-system pathology.
Although I have a medical background, my “sight” tends to go far
more directly to what is most important – you see, physical
pathology, although very debilitating, and the focus of so much
attention in our society, is for me primarily a reflection of
something deeper – some emotional or spiritual issue, and so my
abilities tend to hone in directly on what will be most helpful in
relieving this deeper issue.
Also, we focus together on your strengths, which is very important.
In my experience, whatever you focus on becomes larger in your
experience, and if you focus exclusively on what is wrong (even
though your motive in doing so is to release and heal it), then
“what is wrong” tends to grow in your life, in similar or different
form. At the same time, one must not deny or ignore what is wrong,
because then it just festers, and does damage beneath the surface,
which is then only even more difficult to uncover and eventually
release. So I strike a fine balance in how I help you focus on your
issue(s). We look at the problem, but then we focus even more of
our time and energy on the solution, and more than the solution
(which would only be bringing you up to ground zero), we focus on
success and beauty, and the joy of you living the life of your
dreams. We spend time orienting you towards that as your primary
focus, knowing that in later sessions we will take all the steps
necessary to get exactly where you most want to be.
When we have together uncovered the true source of the problem, and
turned our attention to you living the life of your dreams, then we
begin the direct healing work (which of course has been going on
indirectly the whole time we have been together thus far) where you
lie down or rest back, and I take you through a guided healing
meditation, which is where you receive direct energy healing from
the sacred realms.
The
changes I have seen in my clients from just one session of this work
have been extraordinary – so much so in some cases that I have not
been able to recognize some of my clients at their second session,
because both energetically and physically they had changed so much,
their auras opening and lightening tremendously, and their
faces opened up, long-term creases evaporating as they began to
glow, becoming more responsive and
happy, completely altering their physical appearance.
The
secret is that I record the guided meditation, and on the recording,
the beings of the sacred realm tune in again, so that every time you
play it afterwards, they are there, repeating and deepening and
continuing the divine energy healing they began the first time. I
usually get my clients to listen once or twice a day, and with some
of my clients who are in acute crises or facing a terminal
diagnosis, I have suggested three times a day, until they begin to
shift their energy and open up, but once a day is enough for many
issues.
The
guided meditations are highly symbolic, and yet very real. They
help you not just think about being divinely connected, but actually
experience that connection in a very profound way, and this in
itself provides so much healing. In fact, this in itself can be a
life-changing experience.
Another aspect of the meditational journey is that it helps you to
feel the emotions that are underlying your issues, as well as go
through the spiritual journey necessary to overcome them. It is
important for you to practice with the tape, feeling the emotions
that are involved. That often means you will need to feel your
rage, your shame, your despair, your anger, and your fear, as well
as, with the strengths, and with you visualizing that you are living
your dreams, you feeling your joy, your relief, your exhilaration,
your profound peace, your love, your delight, your awe, your
gratitude, and your confidence and trust. For some people, this is
natural and easy. For others, it is a new skill, and can take some
practice to get good at, but it is a very important aspect of your
healing and your growth.
So,
that is our first session together in brief, and usually you will
want to have a number of sessions, depending on the complexity and
depth of the issue(s) that you want to deal with. I have discovered
that a frequency of one session every week for about one month to
six weeks, followed by one session every two weeks thereafter works best for most
people. I also include a number of half-hour energy-healing
sessions that directly clear out the emotional and energetic
blockages, sometimes one of these every two weeks (on alternate
weeks), sometimes two a week (for those in intense crisis or in
life-threatening situations). That gives you enough time to work with
the meditation for a while, integrating some of
the changes you are experiencing, before the next spiritual healing session, but also
allows you enough energetic clearing to deal with issues that arise out of
this work – and there are always issues that arise as you do this
work, which is why a great deal of commitment is required of you to
see it through.
I
have seen many people who profess great commitment, and then when it
comes to dealing with what is arising for them (issues of anxiety,
of chaos, of the tremendous size and scope of who they really are),
then they quail, and run for cover. I do not judge this at all – I
have run myself many a time – the journey can be extremely intense
and very frightening some times, but for me, I have always stopped
myself, turned around, and got back into it (sometimes with a roar,
sometimes with a whimper). And the clients that excel at this work,
who overcome their issues, and go on to live their own dreams, they
get back into it as well. In the work that I do with them, that
means they are aware that it is not all going to be easy, and when
it gets tough, together we may enter a holding pattern for a while,
controlling the distance that they run away, and clearing out some
other blockages and negativities, so that when they are ready to
dive back into things, we have helped clear out some of the
resistance that made it so scary, and made it easier to get through
this stage of the journey.
One
thing I think I must have told just about all my clients at one
stage or another is to remember that the journey is wave-like, not a
straight line, and so you will go up and down as you move forward.
True progress is not measured by comparing the trough of the
wave-cycle that you may be currently in to the last peak (making you
think that you are going backwards) or to the mid-point of the last
cycle (making you think there has been no progress at all), but
rather to the last trough (which was usually much lower, though
waves are also of different sizes of course). You need to take a
long-term view, comparing peaks with peaks and troughs with troughs,
and what you will then notice is that the peaks get taller, the
troughs get shallower, and the waves as a whole do not just move
across the page of life, but ascend it as well.
So
let yourself enter this adventure with courage and wisdom, and yet
know that it is an adventure that will change your life utterly,
that will open you to sacred realms of peace, love and joy, and that
will enrich your life beyond your most treasured imaginings.
Welcome.
